UST. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, UST shall only be bound by this Agreement in its capacity as stockholder and nothing in this Agreement shall be binding on or create any obligation on the part of the US Treasury in any other capacity or any branch or agency of the United States Government or subdivision thereof.
