Utah FERC Jurisdictional Requirement. In the event that the FERC orders or imposes any Utah FERC Jurisdictional Requirement against the Borrower or any Subsidiary, the Borrower or such Subsidiary shall promptly comply in all respects with all terms of such Utah FERC Jurisdictional Requirement within the time period required thereby.
