Utilisation of Xxxxxxxx's Contribution. The Borrower assure Bank that he had, prior to receiving the disbursement of the loan this day as aforesaid utilised his own contribution to the extent and in the manner indicated in the schedule hereto towards purchase price or cost of construction of the house, as the case may be.
