Common use of Utilities, Cable Runs Clause in Contracts

Utilities, Cable Runs. BellSouth hereby grants to User the non-exclusive right to use the Tower for the term hereof to place any utilities and cable runs on the Tower, at locations mutually agreed upon in writing by BellSouth and User, in order to service or operate the Facilities, subject to BellSouth's prior written approval of the design and installation method and procedures, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
