Common use of Utility Costs Clause in Contracts

Utility Costs. The cost of utilities, such as water, power, fuel, sewer, etc., (unless provided by Owner) required for Design-Builder’s operations at the Project Site and fuel consumed in the generation of electrical power or in the operation of equipment required in the Design-Builder’s operation at the Project Site, except to the extent such costs are included in the rental rates for such equipment in accordance with this Contract.
