Common use of Utility, Railway and Drainage Agreements Clause in Contracts

Utility, Railway and Drainage Agreements. Subject only to the Province’s obligations under Section 15.4, the Contractor shall negotiate and arrange all agreements (the “Utility Agreements”) required in respect of utilities, drainage outside the TUC or railways in order to carry out the Project, on the following basis:

Utility, Railway and Drainage Agreements. ‌ Subject only to the Province’s obligations under Section 15.415.4 and as otherwise set out in this Section 4.8, the Contractor shall negotiate and arrange all agreements (collectively the “Utility TP Interface Agreements”) required in respect of utilitiesutilities (“Utility Agreements”), drainage outside the TUC (“Drainage Agreements”) or railways (in the event the Existing Railway Arrangement (as defined below) is not sufficient) in order to carry out the Project, on the following basis:
