Utility special provision. The CONSULTANT shall act as a liaison between utility companies and INDOT, answering questions, interpreting plans, and corresponding with utilities. The CONSULTANT shall be available during the construction phase of the project and report the status of utility work to the Oversight Agent, Project Engineer and Project Manager bi-weekly, or more frequently, if requested.
