Utilized Wording. Where herein used, plural constructions include the singular and singular constructions include the plural. Whether a pronoun is masculine, feminine or neutral does not affect meaning or application of the relevant term. The words "herein," "hereof" and other similar compounds of the word "here" refer to the entire Agreement, not just to a part of it.
