Vacancy Posting and Bidding Procedure. (a) The Company shall post promptly and keep posted on the appropriate bulletin board for ten (10) days the notice of any vacancy. It shall be the duty of any employee who feels himself entitled to such vacancy, based on his seniority, to file his signed bid in the manner hereinafter stated.
