Human Resources and Education Minnesota-OSSEO will assist all teachers in the Involuntary Transfer Process to identify and/or select an appropriate position. 2. It is understood that the requirement to ensure an appropriate position as stated in Subd. 7c-1 will only be enforced when there are open positions or there is a position(s) held by probationary teachers in the desired levels or licensure areas. 3. The positions will only be guaranteed at the beginning of the selection process. Once the selection process begins, seniority will dictate available positions. A teacher must select a position based on the open positions at the time their name is called based on their seniority date and licensure. Teachers are encouraged to select a position within the framework of Subd. 7c-1.
