Common use of VACATED PREMISES Clause in Contracts

VACATED PREMISES. (a) If the Consumer vacates the Premises without giving any notice to TNB as provided under Clause 10, the Consumer shall be liable to pay all charges of electricity consumed and any charges payable relating to the electricity consumed until the installation is disconnected or upon the termination of this Contract, whichever is the later. (b) TNB shall have the right not to provide electricity supply to any other premises in which the account is registered under the Consumer’s name until the Consumer has made the full payment of the outstanding balance.
