Common use of Vacating of Sale Area Clause in Contracts

Vacating of Sale Area. Prior to release of bond upon completion of logging, PURCHASER shall remove all equipment and merchantable log decks from the sale area. Equipment and log decks left more than 30 days after expiration of this contract shall become the property of the COUNTY.
