Vacating the Supply Address. (a) If you are vacating the Supply Address, you must provide your forwarding address to us for your final bill. (b) When we receive the notice, we will use our best endeavours to arrange for the reading of the meter on the date specified in your notice (or as soon as possible after that date if you do not provide access to your meter on that date) and send a Final Bill to you at the forwarding address stated in your notice. (c) You will be liable for charges associated with the final meter read and disconnection of the Supply Address and will continue to be responsible for all other rates, charges and fees for the Supply Address until the Agreement ends in accordance with clause 4.5. (d) You will not be deemed to have vacated the Supply Address until such time as there is a final meter read.

  • Mailing Address Borrower's mailing address, as set forth in the opening paragraph hereof or as changed in accordance with the provisions hereof, is true and correct.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Notice Addresses A notice, request, direction, consent, waiver or other communication must be addressed to the recipient at its address stated in Schedule B to the Sale and Servicing Agreement, which address the party may change by notifying the other party.
