Vacation and Other Absences. So long as the Executive is employed by the Corporation, he shall be entitled to paid vacation and such other paid absences whether for holidays, illness, personal time or any similar purposes, in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Corporation and its Affiliated Companies in effect from time to time, commensurate with his position and at least comparable to those received by other senior executives of the Corporation.
