Common use of Vacation and Other Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Other Leave. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, including the Company’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.

Vacation and Other Leave. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, including the Company’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three four (34) weeks per year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.

The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to all other executives employees of the CompanyCorporation.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take annual paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies policy applicable to executive-level employees, but in effect from time to time, including the Company’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no event less than three four (34) weeks per yearof paid vacation during each full calendar year of employment. The Executive shall also be entitled receive a pro-rated portion of such vacation during the Executive’s initial and final partial calendar years of employment under this Agreement. Unused, earned vacation shall not carry over from one calendar year to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the next, unless the Company’s written policies otherwise provide for such carry over.

Such vacation shall be entitled to take paid vacation scheduled and taken in accordance with the Company’s standard vacation policies in effect from time applicable to time, including the Company’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per yearCompany executives. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.

During the Period Term of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take paid vacation of 4 weeks per annum pro-rated in accordance with the CompanyCorporation’s standard vacation policies in effect from time to time, including the CompanyCorporation’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to all other executives employees of the CompanyCorporation.

The Executive shall also be entitled to five (5) personal days and all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.

During the Period Term of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take paid vacation of 4 weeks per annum pro-rated in accordance with the CompanyCorporation’s standard vacation policies in effect from time to time, including the CompanyCorporation’s policies regarding vacation accruals; , provided however, that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment Executive shall be no less than three (3) weeks per yearable to accrue a maximum of two times of the annual vacation time. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to all other executives employees of the CompanyCorporation.

Such vacation shall be scheduled and taken in accordance with the Company’s standard vacation policies in effect from time applicable to time, including the Company’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per yearCompany executives. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.

The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday accrued and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Companyuntaken before future accruals cease).

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall accrue twenty (20) days’ worth of annual vacation on the same basis as similarly situated employees, with such vacation to accrue over the calendar year and be entitled subject to take paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, including the Company’s policies regarding ; accrued but unused vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per not carry over from year to year. The Executive shall also be entitled to five (5) personal days and all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take 15 days of paid vacation per year, in accordance with the CompanyCorporation’s standard vacation policies in effect from time to time, including the CompanyCorporation’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives employees of the CompanyCorporation and/or required bylaw.

Vacation and Other Leave. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies for executives in effect from time to time, including the Company’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per year. During the Period of EmploymentTerm, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take up to ten (10) business days of paid vacation in accordance with time during the Term, or such greater amount as may be provided pursuant to the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time. Such paid vacation time will accrue on a monthly basis, including but Executive may take the Company’s policies regarding paid vacation accruals; provided that time anytime in the Executive’s rate of vacation Term, prior to or following accrual during thereof (to the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per yearextent not previously used). The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the CompanyPeer Executives.

The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.
