Common use of VACATION During the Term Clause in Contracts

VACATION During the Term. Employee shall be entitled to four (4) -------- weeks of paid vacation time per calendar year (plus such other time as may be permitted by the Board); provided, however, that any such vacation time, if not used, will be subject to DPRC's limitations on carrying forward unused vacation time, pursuant to which Employee's accrued vacation time may not exceed six (6) weeks at any time; and, provided further, that Employee shall use his best efforts to coordinate with the Chief Executive Officer of DPRC the dates upon which he uses his vacation so as to minimize the negative impact upon DPRC occasioned by Employee's absence. Employee shall not be entitled to take in excess of four (4) weeks vacation at any one time, except by the written consent of the Chief Executive Officer of DPRC, or upon request of DPRC in connection with Employee's leave of absence for family, medical or other reasons, as permitted by law.
