Common use of Vacation; Holidays Clause in Contracts

Vacation; Holidays. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which vacation days shall be taken at a reasonable time or times. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks vacation per year, and accrual of vacation time is capped at a maximum of four (4) weeks. A maximum of one (1) week of any unused vacation may carry over from calendar year to calendar year in accordance with the general policies of the Company and subject to applicable law.
