Vacation, Insurance and Benefits. You shall be entitled to all legal holidays recognized by the Company, and 13 days paid vacation per annum. Any unused vacation must be used in the fiscal year in which it has accrued in accordance with Company vacation policy. You shall be eligible for participation in any group insurance plans that may be established and maintained by the Company for all full-time employees or which the Company is required to maintain by law. You shall also be entitled to participate in any employee benefit programs that the Company’s Board of Directors may establish for Company employees generally.
