VACATION PAY AND BENEFITS. The employer agrees that the employees who work thirty-five (35) hours per week continuously for twenty six (26) weeks shall be eligible to receive all benefits under this collective agreement. Payment for vacation and benefits to part-time Employees who do not qualify for the benefits under the paragraph above, shall be paid at the rate of four percent (4%) for vacation and six percent (6%) in lieu of benefits of their bi-weekly earnings.
