Vacation; Sick Leave. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.
Vacation; Sick Leave. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s established practices with respect to its senior executives.
Vacation; Sick Leave. The Employee will be entitled to such number of weeks of paid vacation each year as are set forth on Annex 2, the taking of which must be coordinated with the Employee’s supervisor in accordance with the Company’s standard vacation policy. Unless otherwise approved by the Company’s Board of Directors, vacation that is not used in a particular year may only be carried forward to subsequent years in accordance with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time. The Employee will be eligible for sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time.

All vacation days and sick leave days shall accrue annually based upon days of service. Executive’s right to leave from work due to illness is subject to the Policies and the provisions of this Agreement governing termination due to disability, sickness or illness. The Policies governing the disposition of unused vacation days and sick leave days remaining at the end of Asterias's fiscal year shall govern whether unused vacation days or sick leave days will be paid, lost, or carried over into subsequent fiscal years.
Vacation; Sick Leave. The Company's vacation and sick leave policy has been established by the Company and may be changed by the Company at any time and from time to time. Said policy is published in separate data files accessible to the Officer. The Officer will not be entitled to receive payment for any unused sick leave either during employment or upon termination of employment.
Vacation; Sick Leave. You will be entitled to 20 days paid vacation per year, pro-rated for the remainder of this calendar year and pro-rated by the number of hours worked. Vacation may not be taken before it is accrued. You will be entitled to 5 days paid sick leave per year pro-rated.

Executive shall be entitled to 20 paid time off (“PTO”) days (accrued on a semi-monthly pay period basis and capped at 1.5 times the yearly accrual), 24 hours of annual sick leave, without reduction in compensation, during each calendar year, or as may be provided by the Policies. Executive’s vacation shall be taken at such time as is consistent with the Company needs and the Policies. All PTO days and sick leave hours shall accrue annually based upon days of service. Vacation; Sick Leave. If a Command Officer is hospitalized while on vacation, he may change his status from "vacation" to "sick leave" for actual scheduled work days hospitalized.
Vacation; Sick Leave. You will be entitled to such number of paid vacation days per year equivalent to that provided to other executive-level employees of the Company. Vacation accrues ratably per pay period and may not be taken before it is accrued.
