Common use of Vacation; Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation; Sick Leave. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

During The Executive shall, during the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled allowed to not less than take up to four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year year, and shall be eligible for such sick leave in accordance with each year as shall be established by the Company for senior executives of the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

During the Employment Term and any Renewal Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s then current established practices and policies and practices with respect to its senior executives, provided that Executive’s annual vacation leave shall be no less than three (3) weeks.

During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than a paid vacation period of four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and year, which may be taken at any time subject to the Company's business needs, plus nine paid holidays per year. Executive shall have sick leave in accordance with of six days per year accruing at the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executivesrate of one-half day per month.

During the Employment TermPeriod, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four five (45) weeks of paid vacation during each calendar year and on an annualized basis, with carryover accumulation for up to five (5) business days, which shall accrue in equal installments on a monthly basis. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect sick leave policy in effect from lime to its executivestime.
