Vacation Vacancy Bids. When an Employee vacates his bid vacation week(s) the Company will open that week(s) vacation for bid to all Employees in that bid location. The vacancy will be allowed to be bid on the next monthly DAT/FTO day bidding cycle after being vacated. The vacation vacancy bid will be open in conjunction with the DAT/FTO day bid and close in the same bid period.
