Common use of Vacations and Personal days Clause in Contracts

Vacations and Personal days. Executive shall be entitled to annual vacations, during which time his Salary and compensation shall be paid, in a manner commensurate with his status as a principal executive, which shall be four weeks per year. Executive shall be entitled to five (5) unauthorized absences per year and ten (10) personal days. The personal days must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the requirements of the Company. Any unused Vacation and Personal days can be accrued from year to year.
