The Vaccine Management clause establishes the responsibilities and procedures for handling, storing, and administering vaccines within the scope of an agreement. Vaccine Management. (1) LPHA must conduct a monthly, physical inventory of all vaccine storage units and must reconcile their inventory in ALERT IIS. Inventories must be kept for a minimum of three years.
(2) LPHA must submit vaccine orders according to the tier assigned by the OHA’s Immunization Program.
