Valid and Subsisting Licenses. (i) The Borrower duly owns or holds valid and subsisting licenses in respect of all trade names, trade marks, patents, designs and other intellectual property used or intended to be used by the Borrower in the course of its business and the same are duly registered in the name of the Borrower and have not become voidable.
