The Valid Driver’s Licence clause requires that any individual operating a vehicle under the agreement must possess a current and legally recognized driver’s licence. In practice, this means that drivers must ensure their licence is not expired, suspended, or otherwise invalid, and may need to provide proof of their licence status upon request. This clause serves to ensure that only qualified and authorized individuals are permitted to drive, thereby reducing liability and promoting safety for all parties involved.
Valid Driver’s Licence. A driver’s licence that authorizes the person to whom it is issued to operate a car2go Vehicle in the jurisdiction where they wish to use the Vehicle.
Valid Driver’s Licence. (a) It shall not be a condition of employment for any employee in the Legal and Union Representative Component to maintain a valid British Columbia Driver’s Licence; however, no such employee shall receive any of the vehicle allowance(s) specified in Clause(s) 19.01, 19.02, and 19.03 above in respect of any period of time when they do not possess this licencing. The definition of South Coast shall mean, from Whistler to Hope, the Sunshine Coast and South to the US border, excluding ▇▇▇▇▇▇ River and Vancouver Island.
