The Valid Driver’s Licence clause requires that any individual operating a vehicle under the agreement must possess a current and legally recognized driver’s licence. Valid Driver’s Licence. A driver’s licence that authorizes the person to whom it is issued to operate a car2go Vehicle in the jurisdiction where they wish to use the Vehicle.
