Common use of Validation fee Clause in Contracts

Validation fee. (1) The validation fee under Article 2(2) shall be paid to the EPO within six months of the date on which the European Patent Bulletin mentions the publication of the European search report or, where applicable, within the period for performing the acts required for entry into the European phase of an international application within the meaning of Article 1(2)(a).
