Validation of Default MWh Amount. The CAISO reserves the right to request that the RC Customer provide it with data to validate the RC Customer’s stated default MWh amount in Schedule 1. The RC Customer agrees to provide in a timely manner such requested data necessary for the CAISO to perform such validation, and the CAISO agrees to use this information solely for this purpose.
