Common use of VALIDATION OF MEMBERS' MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

VALIDATION OF MEMBERS' MEETINGS. The actions taken by the Members at a meeting of the Members which was not called or noticed pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.3.3 or 7.3.4 shall be valid as though transacted at a meeting duly held after regular call and notice, if all of the Members of the LLC are present or participating. All such waivers, consents or approvals shall be filed with the records of the LLC. Attendance shall constitute a waiver of notice, unless objection shall be made.
