Common use of Validity and Construction Clause in Contracts

Validity and Construction. If any one or more of the provisions contained in this Security Agreement is for any reason held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of that provision will not affect any other provision of this Security Agreement, and this Security Agreement will be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained in it.
