Common use of VALIDITY AND SEVERABILITY; SURVIVAL Clause in Contracts

VALIDITY AND SEVERABILITY; SURVIVAL. If any part, term, or provision of this Loan Agreement or of any other Loan document shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, voidable, or unenforceable by either party, the validity of the remaining portions, terms and provisions shall not be affected, and all such remaining portions, terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any provision of this Agreement which by its nature or terms is intended to survive termination, including but not limited to ARTICLE 5(E), shall survive termination of this Agreement.
