Validity and Termination of the Agreement. 11.1. This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its conclusion in the manner prescribed by this Agreement, and shall be valid for an indefinite period. 11.2. Any of the Parties may terminate this Agreement unilaterally: 11.2.1. The Agreement is considered terminated at the initiative of the Forex Company from the date specified in the notice sent by the Forex Company to the Client. 11.2.2. The Agreement is considered terminated at the initiative of the Client after 5 (five) Business Days from the moment the Client sends a notification to the address of the Forexcompany. 11.3. The validity of this Agreement is considered terminated in relation to the Parties from the moment the Client and the Forex Company fully fulfill their mutual obligations under previously completed Transactions.
