Validity of Certificate Clause Samples

The 'Validity of Certificate' clause defines the period during which a certificate remains legally effective and recognized. Typically, this clause specifies the start and end dates of validity, outlines any conditions that may extend or terminate the certificate's effectiveness, and may require periodic renewal or revalidation. Its core practical function is to ensure that only current and authentic certificates are relied upon, thereby preventing misuse or reliance on outdated or revoked certifications.
Validity of Certificate. Certificates are valid for up to sixty (60) days. However, if a selectee declines before assuming the duties of the vacancy, the certificate may be used again to make a selection.
Validity of Certificate shall not be liable to any Obligor or any Holder for accepting as valid any Certificate subsequently found to be forged or not authentic, provided that the Supervisor shall have exercised due care and diligence in attempting to establish the validity of any such Certificate; and
Validity of Certificate. The Certificate of Registration for a CFC under the Scheme will be valid for a period of one year, unless the scheme is modified, withdrawn or the Certificate is suspended or cancelled before that as per the provisions of this scheme. The Certificate may be renewed, with the approval of the ICSI and CBEC, as per the terms and conditions of the scheme applicable at the time of renewal.
Validity of Certificate. The certificate will be issued for three years. After 3-year period, a new contract shall be awarded for carrying out the re-certification/ certification process.
Validity of Certificate. This Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefits under the Deposit Agreement or be valid or obligatory for any purpose, unless this Certificate shall have been (i) executed by the Depositary by the manual signature of a duly authorized officer of the Depositary or (ii) executed by the facsimile signature of a duly authorized officer of the Depositary and countersigned by the manual signature of a duly authorized signatory of the Depositary or the Registrar or a co-registrar.
