VALIDITY OF TENDER. 4.01 Any tender : i) Which contains variations from NFL’s terms. ii) Which contains a conditional offer, or Which fails to provide required information or otherwise is incomplete, or Which is not accompanied with requisite Xxxxxxx Money Deposit, and other documents as indicated at Para 3.00 in the instructions to the tenderer shall be liable to be rejected.
