A pay committee is established at group level or in other companies. A pay committee may also be established in other companies. A pay committee: • monitors and promotes the functioning of the pay discussion system • discusses the pay principles at the company group level or other com- pany • takes part in the design and implementation of training required for the pay discussion system • deals with disputes concerning pay discussions.
