Validity of the Security and Contents of Security Documents. The Security must be perfected and first-ranking (subject to Permitted Liens) at all times with respect to all property intended to be covered thereby. Each Security Document must be in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, acting reasonably, and remain valid and in force at all times. The Security Documents will be accompanied by such legal opinions, search results and certificates as the Agent may reasonably require.
