Common use of Valley Water Rights Clause in Contracts

Valley Water Rights. A. Suspension: Valley Water may, by written notice to Consultant, suspend any or all Services pursuant to this Agreement or to any individual Task Order. Valley Water may subsequently terminate this Agreement or any Task Order for convenience or determine to proceed. If a decision to proceed is not made within 90 days from the date of the notice of suspension, any decision to proceed must be conditioned upon execution of a new Notice to Proceed or Task Order.
