WATERBEDS Sample Clauses

WATERBEDS. The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises. ☐ - Shall not have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises.
WATERBEDS. The Tenant is prohibited from using any type of bed, mattress, or sleeping aid containing any type of liquid that could cause excessive damage to the Property.
WATERBEDS. Waterbeds and any other water-filled furniture are not permitted.
WATERBEDS. No waterbeds are allowed without written permission from Landlord. Tenants must provide Landlord with a copy of the Renter’s Insurance policy that specifically insures accidents and/or damage caused by waterbeds and has Landlord named as an additional insured.
WATERBEDS. Due to potential damage, waterbeds are not permitted in Housing & Residence Life.

WATERBEDS. Tenant’s shall not use or have waterbeds on the Premises unless: (a) Tenant obtains a valid waterbed insurance policy; (b) Tenant increases the security deposit in an amount equal to one-half of one month’s rent; and (c) the bed conforms to the floor load capacity of Premises.
