Valuation Agent Reporting. (a) The Valuation Agent, on or before the tenth Business Day of each month beginning in February 2009, will deliver notice (which may be by Website Posting) to the Deal Parties of the Market Value of each item of CA-Held Collateral as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding calendar month; provided that information as to each item of CA-Held Collateral will be based on information provided in the Eighteenth Monitor's Report and on other information in possession of the Valuation Agent as of 12:00 noon on the Business Day prior to the date such notice is delivered until the information with respect to such item of CA-Held Collateral has been reconciled as provided in the Eighteenth Monitor's Report.

  • Reporting and Payment Procedures Risk Summary Sheets for each risk and a monthly bordereau of all risks ceded shall be submitted to the Reinsurer within (twenty) 20 working days after the last day of each month. Any premium amounts due the Reinsurer shall be paid with the bordereau. Risk Summary Sheets for each insured shall include the following information:

  • Evaluation Procedures 7.2.1 Evaluation procedures designed to fairly and adequately assess performance of full- time faculty employees shall be established and reviewed annually by the Vice President, after consultation with appropriate faculty groups at divisional/departmental meetings for their recommendations.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
