Valuation of Certain Assets. If the Trustee determines the Trust holds any asset which is not readily tradable and listed on a national securities exchange registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Trustee may engage a qualified independent appraiser to determine the fair market value of such property, and the appraisal fees shall be paid from the Investment Fund containing the asset.
