However, in case of sales to affiliate, subject to Article 17, Government’s share of Revenue shall be calculated based on the higher of the price arrived at, by through bidding and the following methods:price calculated as per the Domestic Natural Gas Pricing Guidelines in vogue at relevant point of time.
