Common use of Valuation Clause in Contracts

Valuation. The Subadvisor will assist the Fund and its agents in determining whether prices obtained for valuation purposes accurately reflect market price information and shall assist the Directors and Advisor in any fair value determinations as necessary, relating to the assets of the Fund for which the Subadvisor has responsibility on a daily basis (unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties hereto) and at such other times as the Advisor shall reasonably request.
