Vandalism and Theft. 1. Bargaining Unit members’ claims of loss of or damage to personal property caused by a District Bargaining Unit member shall be reviewed by the self-insurance administrator or liability insurance company staff as applicable. Claims shall be submitted only on the authorized claim form.
