Common use of Vapors, Fumes or Emissions Clause in Contracts

Vapors, Fumes or Emissions. Tenant shall not create, nor permit to be caused or created upon the Premises any obnoxious odor, smoke, noxious gases or vapors; provided, however, that fumes resulting from the normal operations of properly certified and maintained trucks and other vehicles shall be excepted from this provision. Tenant shall ensure that emissions generated by any such trucks, and other vehicles shall comply with all provisions of applicable environmental emissions laws and regulations.
