Furnish AgentAgent and each Lender, concurrently with the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Section 9.7 and each monthly reportSection 9.8, or more frequently if requested by Agent, a written report summarizing all material variances from budgets submitted by Borrowers Loan Parties pursuant to Section 9.12 and a discussion and analysis by management with respect to such variances.

Variances From Operating Budget. Furnish Agent, concurrently with the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Section 9.7 and each monthly reportreport for the last month of each quarter, a written report summarizing all material variances from budgets submitted by Borrowers pursuant to Section 9.12 9.11 and a discussion and analysis by management with respect to such variances.

Variances From Operating Budget. Furnish Agent, concurrently with the delivery of the financial statements referred to in Section 9.7 9.7, 9.8 and each monthly report9.9, a written report summarizing all material variances from budgets submitted by Borrowers Loan Parties pursuant to Section 9.12 Sections 8.1(1) and 9.12, and a discussion and analysis by management with respect to such variances.
