Variation/Amendment. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement any variation or amendment to this Agreement must be in writing signed by both Parties.

(b) The End User must provide each Operator with a copy of any written agreement to variations or amendments to this Agreement.
Variation/Amendment. No amendment or variation of this Agreement shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by or on behalf of each Party by its duly authorized representatives.
Variation/Amendment. No amendment / modification of this Agreement (or of any of the documents referred to in this Agreement) shall be valid unless it is made by an instrument in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of each of the Parties hereto or thereto. The expression “amendment / modification” shall include any variation, supplement, deletion or replacement however effected.
Variation/Amendment. No variation or amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and executed by or on behalf of each of the Parties.
Variation/Amendment. Any addition or alteration of these Terms and Conditions made from time to time by NCBAIB of which notice has been given to the Client shall be binding upon the Client as fully as if the same were contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Variation/Amendment i. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may only be varied between the parties hereto by mutual agreement and such agreement shall be in writing before the same can be construed to have any force and effect.
ii. As such, any amendments made by the Parties will be applied to this Agreement.
iii. The parties hereto agree that in the event of any circumstances arising during the term of this Agreement that may affect the viability or hinder the implementation of the joint venture the parties shall negotiate in good faith on avenues to overcome such circumstances.
Variation/Amendment. Except where this Agreement expressly provides otherwise, this Agreement may be amended only by another agreement executed by the parties.
Variation/Amendment. 18.1 No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the parties (or their authorised representatives).
Variation/Amendment. 33.1 FCSB may, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion and upon written notice to the Merchant, vary, modify, add to or delete the terms and conditions of this Agreement and notify the Merchant in such manner as it may deem fit of such changes and the effective date of such changes and the Merchant shall be bound by such changes from such date.
