VARIATION AND TERMINATION OF RELATIONSHIP. 11.1 The Lender may at any time, upon notice to the Borrower, terminate or vary its business relationship with the Borrower, and in particular the Lender may cancel or call in the Loan which it has granted and require the repayment of outstanding debts result- ing therefrom within such time as the Lender may determine.
