Customer’s Instructions. Customer instructs Google to process Customer Personal Data only in accordance with applicable law: (a) to provide the Services and TSS; (b) as further specified via Customer’s and End Users’ use of the Services (including the Admin Console and other functionality of the Services) and TSS; (c) as documented in the form of the applicable Agreement, including this Data Processing Amendment; and (d) as further documented in any other written instructions given by Customer and acknowledged by Google as constituting instructions for purposes of this Data Processing Amendment.
Customer’s Instructions. By entering into these Data Processing Terms, Customer instructs Google to process Customer Personal Data only in accordance with applicable law: (a) to provide the Processor Services and any related technical support; (b) as further specified via Customer’s use of the Processor Services (including in the settings and other functionality of the Processor Services) and any related technical support; (c) as documented in the form of the Agreement, including these Data Processing Terms; and (d) as further documented in any other written instructions given by Customer and acknowledged by Google as constituting instructions for purposes of these Data Processing Terms.
Customer’s Instructions. During the term of this Agreement, Vendor will be responsible for ensuring that its employees, servants, and agents will, whenever on Customer’s premises, obey all reasonable instructions and directions issued by Customer. Vendor acknowledges its responsibility to comply with all United States Government security regulations.
Customer’s Instructions. During the course of the Services the Vendor will be responsible for ensuring that its employees, servants and agents will, whenever on the Customer’s premises, obey all reasonable instructions and directions issued by the Customer. Continued failure of Vendor’s personnel to follow reasonable instructions by Customer will entitle Customer to terminate this Agreement.
Customer’s Instructions. Conga shall Process Personal Data in compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations and only according to Customer’s documented instructions (including as is necessary to provide the Services to Customer under the Agreement), and Conga shall treat Personal Data as Confidential Information. Customer instructs Conga to Process Personal Data for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Agreement and applicable Order Form(s)/Statement(s) of work, including to provide Customer with the Services; (ii) Processing initiated by Users in their use of the Services; and (iii) Processing to comply with other reasonable instructions provided by Customer (e.g., via e-mail). Conga will notify Customer upon becoming aware of the issue if and when, in Conga’s reasonable judgement, Customer’s instruction violates Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
Customer’s Instructions. During the Services Period of any order for Cloud Services, Customer may provide instructions to Oracle in addition to those specified in the Agreement with regard to processing of Personal Data. Oracle will comply with all such instructions without additional charge to the extent necessary for Oracle to comply with laws applicable to Oracle as a data processor in the performance of the Cloud Services; the parties will negotiate in good faith with respect to any other change in the Cloud Services and/or fees resulting from such instructions.
Customer’s Instructions. Customer, and any User, must accurately describe transaction beneficiaries, intermediary financial institutions, and the beneficiary’s financial institution in transfer and payment instructions. If Customer or any User describes any beneficiary or institution inconsistently by name and number, the Bank may process the transaction solely on the basis of the number, even if the number identifies a person or entity different from the named beneficiary or institution. Customer agrees to supply the Bank, upon demand, any other information that the Bank may reasonably request, including, but not limited to, money amounts, accounts to be affected, date of transfers, supplemental instructions, and further evidence of any User’s authority to transfer funds or to do any other act contemplated under is Agreement. Customer represents and warrants that any transaction contemplated by this Agreement will not be in violation of state or federal law and that all formalities will be followed with respect to each transfer of funds, including but not limited to, proper authorization of individual transactions and any record keeping requirements with respect thereto.
Customer’s Instructions. By entering into this DPA, Customer instructs Lucky Orange to Process Customer Personal Data only in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Laws: (a) to provide the Service; (b) as documented in the Agreement, including this DPA; and (c) as further documented in any other lawful written instructions given by Xxxxxxxx and acknowledged by Lucky Orange as constituting instructions for purposes of this DPA.
Customer’s Instructions. By entering into this Data Processing Agreement, the Customer instructs IRIS Connect to process Customer Personal Data only in accordance with applicable law:
7.3.1 to provide the Services and related technical support;
7.3.2 as further specified via the Customer’s use of the Services (including the Admin Console and other functionality of the Services) and related technical support;
7.3.3 as further documented in any other written instructions given by the Customer and acknowledged by IRIS Connect as constituting instructions for purposes of this Data Processing Agreement.
Customer’s Instructions. Customer instructs Aircall to Process Personal Data for the provision of Services, as specified in more detail in Exhibit A hereof. The Parties agree that this DPA, the Agreement, relevant Order Form and instructions provided via configuration tools incorporated in Aircall’s platform constitute Customer’s complete and final instructions to Aircall for the Processing of Personal Data. Any additional or alternate instructions must be agreed upon separately in writing.
