Variation to be in Writing. The variation or waiver of a provision of this Agreement, or a party’s consent to a departure from a provision by another party, will be ineffective unless in writing, signed by the parties.
Variation to be in Writing. No addition to or variation, deletion, or agreed cancellation of all or any clauses or provisions of this Agreement, including this 17.2 will be of any force or effect unless in writing and signed by all of the Parties.
