Variation to increase the Contracted Volume. a. In addition to the requirements of this clause 6, any Variation Notice which proposes to increase the Service Provider's Contracted Volume for any Family Preservation Services provided under the Agreement (‘Contracted Volume Increase’) must be directed in accordance with this clause 6.5.
